As inflorescências Montrichardia linifera foram coletadas no aningal do Mangal das Garças, às margens da Baía do Guajará/Rio Guamá, localizado na cidade de Belém do Pará. Os materiais fresco e seco foram submetidos à hidrodestilação em aparelho tipo Clevenger e analisados por CG-EM, resultando na extração de 43 substâncias distribuídos em aproximadamente 17 grupos de componentes (alcanos, cetonas, aldeídos, álcoois, ésteres e sesquiterpenos). As análises do perfil cromatográfico dos constituintes voláteis das inflorescências evidenciaram majoritariamente duas substâncias, a (Z)-jasmona (cetona) e o álcool veratril, presentes em todas as partes estudadas.
Resumo
The Montrichardia linifera inflorescences were collected in the aningal of the Mangal das Garças, on the banks of the Guajará Bay/Guamá River, located in the city of Belém do Pará. The fresh and dry materials were subjected to hydrodistillation in a Clevenger-type apparatus and analyzed by GC-MS, resulting in the extraction of 43 substances distributed into approximately 17 groups of components (alkanes, ketones, aldehydes, alcohols, esters and sesquiterpenes). The analyzes of the chromatographic profile of the volatile constituents of the inflorescences showed mainly two substances, the (Z)-jasmone (ketone) and the veratryl alcohol, present in all the studied parts.
