Apresentamos um conjunto de ações, iniciadas em 2014 e hoje em andamento, no município de Gurupá, Pará. É um trabalho realizado pelo Projeto OCA – Origens, Cultura e Ambiente, do Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi. Este texto discute formas de engajamento entre arqueólogos e a comunidade em torno de reflexões sobre a história, memória e do patrimônio cultural. Visa contribuir com as reflexões sobre práticas colaborativas que vêm.
Resumo
We present a set of actions, begun in 2014 and in progress today, in the municipality of Gurupá, Pará. It is a work carried out by the OCA Project - Origins, Culture and Environment, of the Goeldi Museum. This text discusses ways of engaging archaeologists and the community around reflections on history, memory and cultural heritage. It aims to contribute to reflections on collaborative practices that have been experienced in Amazonian archeology in recent years and argues for the collective construction of archaeological knowledge.
