A análise fitossociológica foi realizada na formação vegetal da restinga denominada de mata de Myrtaceae, que tem como limite anterior a praia e posterior uma formação campestre. A mata em estudo apresenta pequeno porte, com indivíduos em média de 4m de altura, é pouco densa e com grande incidência de luz. De acordo com o Índice de Valor de Importância (IVI), as espécies que se destacam são: Protium heptaphyllum (Aubl.) March, Myrcia multiflora (Lam.) D.C., Myrcia fallax (Richard) D.C., Matayba discolor Aubl. Foram detectados 104 indivíduos, distribuídos em 17 famílias, sendo que a família Myrtaceae foi a que apresentou maior número de espécies (8), seguida das famílias Rubiaceae (3), Guttiferae, Sapotaceae, Ochnaceae e Malpighiaceae (2). No sub-bosque, a predominância é de indivíduos de Bromeliaceae, Araceae e Orchidaceae terrestre.
Resumo
The phytosociological analysis was carried out in the restinga vegetation formation called Myrtaceae forest, which has the beach as its anterior boundary and a grassland formation as its posterior boundary. The forest under study has small size, with individuals on average 4m tall, is not very dense and with high light incidence. According to the Importance Value Index (IVI), the species that stand out are: Protium heptaphyllum (Aubl.) March, Myrcia multiflora (Lam.) D.C., Myrcia fallax (Richard) D.C., Matayba discolor Aubl. 104 individuals were detected, distributed in 17 families, with the Myrtaceae family presenting the highest number of species (8), followed by the families Rubiaceae (3), Guttiferae, Sapotaceae, Ochnaceae and Malpighiaceae (2). In the understory, the predominance is of individuals of Bromeliaceae, Araceae and terrestrial Orchidaceae.
