O pólen em plantas da Amazônia: família Gnetaceae (Gymnospermae).

Abstract

In this work we studied the pollen morphology of the Amazonian species of genus Gnetum the only one in the Gnetaceae family in this region. In Gnetales is the study of pollen grain particulary useful and has been an aid of great value to the study of the evolution of group. The Gnetales fossilis are rare and in bad condition of preservation and only the póllen grain since the Terciary is relatively will-preserved.
