| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho visa desenvolver um estudo acerca da língua Wayanã, que é falada pelo grupo indígena do mesmo nome. Os Wayanã residem em aldeias localizadas ao longo do rio Paru do Leste do Citaré, ao norte do Pará. Classificada como língua Karib é, entre as línguas dessa família, uma das menos documentadas. A coleta de dados foi realizada através da gravação de palavras e de entrevistas com informantes Wayanã na Casa do Índio em Icoaraci e no Posto Regional da FUNAI em Macapá. Assim, com a transcrição e a consequente análise dos dados, foi possível o estabelecimento de um quadro fonológico preliminar da língua, bem como a observação de determinados fenômenos no nível da morfologia, como por exemplo a ideia de posse que a língua expressa. |
| Abstract: | The present work aims to develop a study about the Wayanã language, which is spoken by the indigenous group of the same name. The Wayanã reside in villages located along the Paru River of East Citaré, north of Pará. Classified as karib language is, among the languages of this family, one of the least documented. Data collection was performed through the recording of words and interviews with Wayanã informants at the Indian House in Icoaraci and at the FUNAI Regional Post in Macapá. Thus, with the transcription and the consequent analysis of the data, it was possible to establish a preliminary phonological picture of the language, as well as the observation of certain phenomena at the level of morphology, such as the idea of possession that the language expresses. |
