| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Hymenolobium Benth., um dos gêneros da família Leguminosae, subfamília Papilionoideae, encontra-se representado na Amazônia Brasileira pelas espécies H. complicatum Ducke, H. elatum Ducke, H. excelsum Ducke, H. flavum Kleinh., H. grazielanum Lima, H. heterocarpum Ducke, H. modestum Ducke, H. nitidum Benth., H. petraeum Ducke, H. pulcherrimum Ducke, H. sericeum Ducke eH. velutinum Ducke. Com o propósito de estudar a sua morfologia polínica, botões florais adultos foram coletados nos herbários MG (Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi), INPA (Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da Amazônia) e IAN (CPATU/EMBRAPA), cujos grãos de pólen foram acetolisafados, medidos, descritos e fotomicrografados. Para descrevê-Ios usou -se uma sequência padronizada baseando-se no tamanho, forma, número de aberturas, estratificação e ornamentação da exina. Foi constatado que os grãos de pólen das espécies analisadas são pequenos (de 15 a 19 μm), 3-colporados e variam de subprolatos a prolatos esferoidais, de superficie psilada a levemente reticulada, o âmbito de triangular a circular e a endoabertura de circular a lalongada. |
| Abstract: | Hymenolobium Benth., one of the genera of the family Leguminosae, subfamily Papilionoideae, is represented in the Brazilian Amazon by the species H. complicatum Ducke, H. elatum Ducke, H. excelsum Ducke, H. flavum Kleinh, H. grazielanum Lima, H. heterocarpum Ducke, H. modestum Ducke, H. nitidum Benth., H. petraeum Ducke, H. pulcherrimum Ducke, H. sericeum Ducke and H. velutinum Ducke. In order to study its pollen morphology, adult flower buds were collected from the herbaria MG (Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi), INPA (Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da Amazônia) and IAN (CPATU/EMBRAPA), whose pollen grains were acetolyzed, measured, described and photomicrographed. To describe them, a standardized sequence was used based on size, shape, number of openings, stratification and ornamentation of the exine. The pollen grains of the analyzed species were found to be small (15 to 19 μm), 3-colporate and vary from sub-prolate to prolate spheroidal, from psyllate to slightly reticulate surface, from triangular to circular in scope and from circular to elongate endopening. |
